What if an appointment cancels or does not qualify based on our criteria?

If a prospect cancels an appointment, we will attempt to reschedule. However, if we are unable to reschedule, then you are not charged for the appointment.

If the appointment does not qualify based on the agreed prospect profile then you will not be charged.
